You Choose Style - Style Does’nt Choose You

I saw this quote on a Nike Ad and It struck a chord with me. Style dictates everything we do and the beauty of it is no one is right. Your style is what makes you an individual which is something no one can take from you.
On one hand people may accept the choices you make others may hate you for it, but if you believe in what you do eventually people will listen. Take my style of training for example, many years people talked shit saying it was stupid and it will never work. Well not only have I disproved them I have put my spin on it, and now have a Training DVD all about it.
This website your reading was started because there is no where to go on the internet to view ways of training for BMX. It is my goal to bring you guys training information without some huge monthly fee. I do not believe in one program is right for everyone, everyone is different and has there own style. Some may like weight training, others bodyweight, maybe Kettlebells, and some my personal favorite all of them. Do not lock yourself into one method of training take a quote from Bruce Lee for Example.
