This Will Get You A Faster First Straight

Hey Guys,

For most of you Guys right now is the best time to hit the training hard and heavy.

Unless you are going to the ABA Grands there isnt much racing going on till after the first of the year.

This is the perfect time to really hit the the big exercises that are sure to JACK up your power and strength, and nothing does this better than deadlifts.

Myself personally I love the deadlift, and if I was only able to do one exercise for the rest of my life the deadlift would be it.

This Is A must have for any BMX Training program and remember it does’nt only have to be done with a barbell, Sandbags, kegs, people they work fine as well.

Check the video out if you want to see some heavy deadlifting as well as push pressing, another great explosive exercise.

    nice top video, congrats on owning the 495!…
    Like your website alot dude…. quick question bro… when deadlifting, you ever get like a pinching pain feeling like right about where your rhomboids are… im 5′6 155 lbs and i can get 405 with eas for most part and i really watch my form, but every once in awhile is a pinch in my back in that area…. didnt know if you ever experienced that…. well let me know if you got any advice, thanks man

    Thanks for checkin out the site.

    I do experience discomfort in the lower back from time to time, but if it is really giving you issues I would have it looked at.

    If it is just every once in awhile sometimes its just part of the game lifting weights is not easy sometimes injuries and discomfort happen if not eevryone would be jacked lol
