Thank You And A Happy New Year!

Hey Guys,
I am heading out to Savannah Georgia for a few days but just wanted to wish you guys a happy New Year and I look forward to helping you guys reach your training goals in 2009.
Todays video is A long one(Sorry) but it relives some of the best times I have had in 2008, If you can stand it watch the whole thing and let me know what you guys think in the comments.
