Sprints Got You Bored?

If your like me the thought of doing the same thing over and over again is like stabbing myself with a fork.
Call it ADD,ADHD or whatever, simply put I lose attention fast.
So to prevent boredom during your sprint sessions try mixing in bodyweight exercises on wild objects.
