My Thumb Is Huge…

Hey guys,
Hope everyone had an awesome weekend I had a race that didnt quite go as well as I planned. I got 2,2,3, a 3rd in the semi and in the main I walked away with swollen thumb and lots of bruises.

What exercise is best to do in place of squats, if you can’t do squats. I can’t put weight on my collar bone because I broke it and I guess it’s not healed right, cuz it hurts like hell to put the bar on it.

Hey Jess,
If you cant do squats you can get all there benefits by doing Deadlifts and Lunges.
Remember one exercise does not fit all

hi, i am a uk racer, with it being pretty bad weather over here for riding at the moment i have been hitting the gym up a few times but haven’t been for two weeks due to street riding and trail digging. just after some more information on the sponsorship, i have tryed through looped but not really had any free stuff offered to me, just disconts, also what information can you give me about the 2009 aba and nbl grands like where and when they are, trying to plan it all together for me a few mates to have a few weeks over in america riding.
p.s. i love watching these videos, great help in the gym and gives me loads of inspiration.

Hey Ryan, I really enjoy reading and watching your daily video’s. My ears really popped up when you mentioned that you have some ways to get some good sponsors, and how we can get them to send us free stuff. I would really like to know how I can do that. I get sponsors from sponsorhouse, but in order for them to send me stickers or anything, I have to buy their product. Can you help me out?

My so is 7 years old and I would like to knowhow to get him sponsored and free stuff. We race in Az. He did his first national got 1st and 3rd. I was wondering if you can help. Thank you and keep up the good work. Your site is awesome.

Thank you for the support and it is cool to see you taking action to get your son sponsored, looks like he is killing on the national circuit.
I can def help on the sponsorship part stay tuned I will have a new website finished this week dedicated to getting sponsors through the internet for athletes.
