LowerBody Destroyer (Episode #51)

Hey Guys,

Check out this Sick lowerbody workout to enhance your Strength and Power on the Track.

Do this workout as follows:

- Trapbar/Straightbar deadlifts work up to a heavy set of 3-5 reps(usually takes 4 to 5 sets to get to max)

Then A beautiful little circuiy (done with no rest between exercises):

-Sandbag Loading x 10 (if no platform just grab bag and stand up tall)

-Single leg bulgarian split squats x 5 on each leg

-Pull-ups got to just before failure leave 1 or 2 reps in tank

Burn through this guy 3-4 times and thank me tomorrow

Add in a few sets of abs and call it a day

    what about mental training? bmx is 80 percent mental right? i only see my progression from the the gym when my mind is in sync with my body.i feel that the only way to unlock the bodys true potential is through the mind, so this is something i feel needs to be talked about that people seem to forget.its like a car battery charging to its full potential getting stonger and stronger but you cant tap into that power without a positive connection.the body is the neg and the mind is the pos,let people know how to turn on that battery within thenselves.
