    Whats up man…love the site. I wanted to know how to shred some extra pounds and lean up. I blew my knee out last season and had to lay around for a few months after my surgery and gained some weight. Wanted to know if you had any good tips on how to lean up for the up coming season.

    Really good site and I appreciate the help.I have recently dislocated my shoulder and cannot do squats b/c it puts my arm in a bad position.I do belong to a club.I have been doing dead lifts w/no problem.Are leg presses worth it for me to be doing?One legged leg presses good?I can also work the squat machine, is this beneficial.Thanks!

    Thanks for all the training input, I really like the exercised geared towards leg power and last straight endurance exercises. What do you think about incorporating running into workouts?
    I like how you keep everything budget minded given not everyone has lots of extra cash nowdays for workout equipment and gym memberships.

    is it true that to much stretching before a race, will prevent you from being as explosive as you could be?

    Hey i race 15x im pretty quick but sometimes i end up losing 1-2 positions in the last two straits.I dont smoke or anything like that but it feels like im just dead by like 3rd or 4th strait.Do you have any training tips on like endurance or stamina or something like explosiveness even when your tired?

    It’s understandable that cash makes us autonomous. But what to do when somebody does not have money? The one way is to try to get the loan or just commercial loan.
