Maye you need to pick something heavy off the floor, Check this vid of me doing some Trap Bar Deadlifts for higher reps.
Also be prepared for some craziness on rental scooters in the Bahamas, I dont think it was smart to ride and film at the same time but I do it all for you, Enjoy.
