Hey Guys Just got home from the ERA flat pedal race in Kingston Ontario Canada. This race was by far the best race I have ever attended, from the amazing track to the catered food everything done was top notch.
If this race becomes a series in the future, NBL and ABA are gonna have to step up there game big time. The entire ERA crew was open to suggestions, and there main focus was to make sure the pros had everything they needed to race their best. I mean there was 2 separate tracks one for ams and one for the pros, how long has this been a heated discussion? All it took was one person with some balls to actually do it(Jay Miron).
So if your ready for some change, and tired of your current training program why not give my BMX Strong Training DVD a try. After all the only thing your losing is your next race.
