Had A good session today despite feeling a little Rundown.
1A) StepUps:

205×3 Failed miserably at this to get 6
1b) Lunge jumps:

2a) Blast strap Pushups:

2b) Blast strap rows:

Then I did a crazy conditioning circuit with the camp guys.
3a) Sandbag carry 175lb bag x 100ft
3b) Farmers carry 135lb per hand x 100ft
3c) prowler push on crazy hard ground x 100ft
4d) sled drag 250lbs x 100 ft
I did this little gem for 5 rounds and laid in the fetal position for 20 min.
