BMX Training Update 7/29

Sorry for the lack of training posts my lifting has taken the back burner a little bit. In an amazing discovery I figured out that the more I ride my bike the better I get on my bike-go figure. So with some big races on the horizon I ride pretty much everyday.
Heres a rundown:
Thurs: Track practice at oldsmar BMX
Fri: Day Off
SAt: 688 Sk8 park session 3 hours
Sun: Track practice Oldsmar BMX
Mon: Day off much needed practicing starts has made my lower back pretty tender.
Tues: Track Practice Oldsmar BMX
Since the lower back has been actin up on me a little bit tomorrows lifting will be a little lighter I will just do some Kettlebell stuff.
