Hey Guys,
First I want to say Thanks to those who sent in questions and PLEASE keep them coming I want to know what you want to here about to better your BMX training.
Todays Question Is From Luke.
Whats up man…love the site. I wanted to know how to shred some extra pounds and lean up. I blew my knee out last season and had to lay around for a few months after my surgery and gained some weight. Wanted to know if you had any good tips on how to lean up for the up coming season.
