BMX Strong TV Episode 5

Hey guys Check out episode 5, in this episode I go over a low budget reactive jumping drill. This is a jump that can be performed using something as simple as stairs, just make sure the first jump is slighly lower than the second, and explode as fast as you can when you land the first jump.
