Hey guys check out episode 4 of my BMX Strong TV series, This week I go over 2 Kick Ass conditioning exercise they are the Burpee and the Sandbag load.
The burpee is an awesome fullbody conditioner that I believe if you only knew how to do one exercise this one is it. The best way to describe the Burpee is stand up tall drop into a pushup and jump up as high as you can. The Burpee is best used mixed into a bodyweight circuit, or alone by itself. So if your feeling really good about yourself, do 100 time yourself, and leave me a comment on what you thought.
The second Exercise I show you is Sandbag Loading, I go over this and a ton of other sandbag movements in my DVD BMX STRONG. This is another awesome full body conditioning exercise that forces you to stay explosive for an extended period of time. The sandbag load uses every muscle in your body forcing you to work together as a unit. So start with a light bag and work your way up good luck.
