Today I answer Rich’s Question:

Hey Ryan, can you do some stuff that is hamstring specific? I know a few people who have hamstring problems due to the quad dominance of training and riding.

In the video I show 2 basic exercises to help cure the problem of tight hamstrings due to overdeveloped quads.

Remember start slow with these dont go 2 heavy on the deadlifts work more for the stretch than using more weight.
