I have to say I am thoroughly disapointed with the amount of entries I received for the FREE coaching contest, but I have to say 1 guy made my decision very easy for me and his name is…

John Stanton

He impressed me in many ways,

First he has 2 things that that clearly set him apart from the average person:

1) Clearly defined Goals

John wants to be an expert by the end of this season and judging by his determination in this video, I would say this wont be a problem

2) Motivation To take action

John was the only person to take the time to make a video with the goal to better himself, and jump on an opportunity to take his riding to another level. This speaks highly of his character and I am proud to help him in any way that I can.

This lack of action is not uncommon in todays society, most people are 2 afraid to take responsibility for themselves and when it comes time to step up and make things happen, they sit back and let some one else take there opportunity.

So congratulations John I am proud to help you achieve your goals.
