Sorry for the lack of posting lately. I have been dealing with alot of knee pain so training has been whatever.
So after a day at the beach on Friday, I came home to notice one of my old scars on top of my knee turned into a giant blister. After popping it, a nasty puss substance came out, So I figured I should get this checked out.
A nice trip to the emergency room Sunday night left me with the knowledge that I have a mild Staff infection. This little gem was painful as hell, After cutting it open and cleaning it out they sent me on my way.
Now as if a miracle happened, most of my knee pain is gone and I feel better. I have been training and riding through this, but my motivation has been low.
