Good for training. Give a bum your bike an tell him ull give him 5 sec to get away from you an if you loose him the bike is his. So its a win win. You win you kno ur fast. He wins your helping the community.

What is that thing you had on the bar when you were doing squats?

The bar I was using is called a safety squat bar it places the load on your back to push your forward, this in turn makes you have to fire extra hard at the bottom to come up.
It is a bar that I like alot in my training its easier on the shoulders and gives you alot more core activation
