Check out this Sick lowerbody workout to enhance your Strength and Power on the Track.
Do this workout as follows:
- Trapbar/Straightbar deadlifts work up to a heavy set of 3-5 reps(usually takes 4 to 5 sets to get to max)
Then A beautiful little circuiy (done with no rest between exercises):

Hey guys,
Hope everyone had an awesome weekend I had a race that didnt quite go as well as I planned.  I got 2,2,3, a 3rd in the semi and in the main I walked away with swollen thumb and lots of bruises.
