BMX Training(lifting session)

Had A solid day in the gym today felt real strong.
Barbell Step ups:
135×10
135×10
135×10
155×10
155×10
did these supersetted with lunge jumps
5 sets of 10
b1)Blast strap Pushups:
3 sets of 15
B2) Blast strap rows:
3 sets of 15
Kettlebell swings:
3×30 (53lber)
Planks all sides 1 min
Gong to be hittin up the track tomorrow and maybe a fixed ride.

Yesterday sucked I actually did 2 lifting session and I am def busted up today.

Did this for an interview for our local news station-WFLA, I will post the story when it airs.

Keg runs 150 and 200 50ft
48″ box jump x 3
pull-ups w/50lbs chain
