Hey Guys,
If you been following my website for awhile you should know that I preach the power of bodyweight exercise. Not only does it require no equipment it also forces you to go out and be creative in your training.
Check out the video above, I have been following these guys on youtube for awhile now and they never cease to amaze me. They are changing the way the world views fitness showing that you dont need A fancy gym to get it done.
They view The playground the same way we might look at a Line through a new rhythm section, or a five stair to gap downtown, either way the thought they put into there training is something that deserves to be reconized.
Take A look at the physiques on everyone in the video they are all JACKED and display amazing amounts of Total Body power. I urge you to watch the video you will never look at a playground the
same again.
